Need to return an ink or toner cartridge? No worries! Our goal is to make returns easy with our No Hassle return policy.

Defective Ink & Toner Cartridges

  • Our return policy allows you to return defective or damaged ink or toner cartridges within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Simply notify us by clicking the CONTACT US button at the bottom of this page to initiate the return process.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the toner cartridge to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the toner cartridge is deemed faulty or damaged, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. We will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange of defective or damaged toner cartridges.
  • Please note that the toner cartridge must be in its original packaging and in new, resalable condition for a full refund or exchange. If the toner cartridge is not in its original packaging or is damaged due to misuse or mishandling, we will issue a refund, minus a restocking fee of 30% and shipping costs.

NOT Satisfied with Purchase – Unopened/Opened Items

  • Our return policy allows you to return unopened or opened ink and toner cartridges within 10 days of purchase for a refund, minus a restocking fee of 30% and shipping costs. Please note that the toner cartridge must be in its original packaging and in new, resalable condition. Simply notify us by clicking the CONTACT US button at the bottom of this page to initiate the return process.
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the toner cartridge to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the toner cartridge meets our requirements, we will process your refund within 5 business days
